About the event
Event Description:
Injury Awareness Survey Day gives young runners a chance to share their experiences with pain, soreness, injuries, and recovery during the running season. Athletes will complete a short survey about common problem areas, training habits, and whether they feel they have enough injury prevention support. The feedback collected will help SafeStrides create better resources, workshops, and prevention tips for middle and high school runners.
