About the event
The 8th Grade Track Practice gives young runners a chance to train together, improve running form, and prepare for future cross country or track opportunities. Athletes will practice in a team environment while learning the importance of warm-ups, cooldowns, pacing, and recovery. This event supports SafeStrides’ mission of helping young runners train smarter and prevent injuries.
